A missed payment or downgrade never deletes your family history. Excess content stays preserved and can be restored.

Before you choose

Can I export my family’s data?: Not in the current beta. An export option is still being built, and how it will work isn’t settled yet. In the meantime, you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you by emailing privacy@oasis-tree.com.
What happens to our family’s history if OasisTree ever shuts down?: We’re writing a formal commitment on this — how much notice families would get, how they would take their records with them, and how long backups would stay restorable. It isn’t final yet, and we won’t publish terms we can’t yet stand behind. You can always ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you by emailing privacy@oasis-tree.com.
Is my family’s data private?: Family information is encrypted on its way to us and where we store it, but it isn’t end-to-end encrypted yet, so OasisTree is technically able to access it; we restrict that access by policy. End-to-end encryption is planned. We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we never use family content to train third-party AI models. Privacy settings, which let you choose who in the family sees what, come with every plan.
